Old bird cage for the market, woven iron, Asia, sixties
Availability: | In stock |
Let's be honest, this little cage does not meet the current standards for animal welfare. It is small, a weird shape. Actually not even suited to house a worm, let alone a bird.
It was not designed as a long stay apartment for birds. These cages were used at the market, they housed birds for sale. But we are not even going to do that. I feel it is best put to use as a decorative piece. And it is very wel suited for this purpose Look at the details. The braided iron, the elaborate decorated sliding door. It is just lovely, but not for birds.
Perfect in your garden with a candle, or inside, also with a candle. Long story short, you can find a place for it. I am sure.
