Always good fun, a bird bath in your garden. In summer you fill it with water and the birds will come to splash about.
In winter you put the bath a bit higher (against cats) and fill it will all kind of bird seeds. And you will have little flapping friends all through winter.
And if you do not do anything after winter, it will turn, by itself, in a funny little planter, if you have not removed the bird seeds. All kinds of weird little sprouts will pop up I know from experience.
This is lovely, a bit older one. From Belgium, once painted white by some one, but that is weathered a bit, which I love. The bird on the rim can be removed if you want to. Since it is attached with a little pin.
