Vintage sliding candlestick, wrought iron, Spanish, around 1940-1950

In the Netherlands you can find this kind of sliding candlesticks a lot in copper. As a 'blaker' with a handle or as a stand alone candle stick. And that copper, it coming back in fashion, a bit. I have a few of them in my collection. But this Spanish one is black and because of that it is a perfect addition in a modern interior.
It is well used and I left the candle wax that dripped on it, for now. But if you would remove, the candle can slide up and down.
Dimensions: height (without candle) 21 cm, foot 13 cm wide, 12 cm deep. Handle 14 cm long.
