Vintage small wine cooler or ice bucket

Just a small size wine cooler, for half liter bottles I think. Of for one or two bottle of beer. But will work just as well as an ice bucket or, like in the photo, as a vase or flower pot. 

Used to be silver plated, but due to the efforts of a diligent domestic goddess, the silver-plate is polished to the hereafter. 

So now you have traces of silver-plate and loads of copper. Still, it is a very charming piece. 

Dimensions: height 17 cm, diameter foot 12 cm, diameter top 20 cm. Width handle to handle 20 cm.
